WHO AM I ?

I am a Master Practitioner in Humanistic Hypnosis and a constellation facilitator, practicing since 2019. My therapeutic approach is grounded in values of authenticity, respect, and attentive listening.

I believe each of us holds deep resources and a potential for personal growth. My role is to guide you in accessing these resources and activating them to find solutions to the issues that hinder your psychological and emotional well-being.

I also offer complementary approaches to Humanistic Hypnosis, such as family constellations. These systemic techniques can provide additional support during therapy, offering insights into issues related to transgenerational aspects.
