I answer your most frequently asked questions
Do you have a question? There are no foolish questions when it comes to psychological health.

I'M AFRAID OF HYPNOSIS, WHAT ARE THE RISKS ?
There are many misconceptions surrounding hypnosis due to its portrayal in entertainment hypnosis shows, leading to the impression that one might be manipulated against their will.

I understand your apprehension and would like to reassure you on this matter.
Humanistic Hypnosis operates in contrast to traditional forms of hypnosis. The use of hypnotic techniques aimed at 'opening up' leads to an expansion or elevation of consciousness and indeed induces a recognizable hypnotic state characterized by trance-like signs. Contrary to what is typically associated with usual hypnosis (Ericksonian or classical), it does not require letting go or loss of consciousness. There is no dissociation, and the individual does not 'fall asleep.' As a result, there is no interference or manipulation from the therapist.

In Humanistic Hypnosis, the therapist remains neutral and assumes the role of a guide. Instead of applying psychological treatment 'to' the individual seeking help, they 'assist' in shifting their state of ordinary consciousness towards greater self-awareness, almost as if they were becoming more awake.
This awakening allows the individual to connect with life within themselves and the world around them, on both material and subtle levels. They achieve an enhanced state of consciousness that bridges the natural gap between the conscious and the unconscious. By accessing the deep and essential layers of their psychology, the wounds of their subconscious become apparent. The individual encounters the information that needs modification, the resources that need activation, and the personal, generational, or collective memories that require cleansing. The therapist then guides them on how to self-heal and act in alignment with what feels right for them.
They learn these processes, which they can later reuse independently, gaining autonomy and reducing the risk of relapse. Empowered to act freely and play an active role in their transformation, they become creators of their reality.

HOW CAN HYPNOSIS HELP ME?
Hypnosis can assist you in various ways. It can aid in managing stress, overcoming certain fears or phobias, enhancing motivation, improving sleep, dealing with pain, boosting self-confidence, and supporting behavioral changes like quitting smoking or weight management. Additionally, it can be beneficial in exploring and addressing deeper emotional issues or enhancing performance in specific areas of life, such as sports or academics. The potential benefits are diverse and can be tailored to your specific needs and goals.

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO GET READY FOR MY SESSION ?
For your initial session, consider a specific issue or goal for us to address together. It could be very precise or rather vague, and my role will be to clarify your needs and work toward them.
Choose a time when you can fully benefit from the session's results during and after. The heightened state of awareness reached will be more beneficial in this way.
If we're meeting via video conference, please ensure you have the Zoom application installed on your phone, tablet, or computer. Use headphones and have a stable stand for your camera during the session. Also, inform those around you to minimize interruptions and set your phone to silent mode.
Please provide a 24-hour notice in case of cancellation to avoid charges for the session.

ARE YOU ORGANISING RETREATS AND WORKSHOPS ?
I regularly conduct workshops and participate in retreats aimed at creating a space for self-connection and life awareness.
Humanistic Hypnosis serves as an incredible tool for experiencing heightened consciousness, finding inner peace, releasing oneself, and sharing these experiences.
Connecting in this manner within a pleasant and nurturing environment enhances its benefits and power even more.
I also work with businesses, offering sessions aimed at stress relief in the workplace and addressing performance anxiety. With a calmer mind, individuals who participate can access greater creativity and enthusiasm, ultimately boosting their performance within the framework of these workshops.
